Nettles, the nourisher, also known as Stinging Nettles, is a dried leaf used to support adrenal function, improve kidney health, and raise hemoglobin.  It is a delightful tea hot or cold. The University of Maryland Medical Center publishes information stating Nettles use to treat painful muscles and joints, eczema, arthritis, gout and anemia.  Also used when prostate is enlarged, urinary tract infections, hay fever, and in creams for insect bites. Our tea comes from the plant parts above the ground.  We freeze dry the plant to capture its medicine.  Really helps allergy symptoms decrease.
