Linden Tincture (Tiliaceae americana) is another formula to aide in grieving times, lowering blood pressure, an excellent remedy for stress and panic. Linden contains flavonoids (especially Quercitin and Kaempferol), Caffeic and other acids, mucilage, tannins, volatile oil and traces of a benzodiazepine-like compound. These flavonoids improve circulation. Linden is an antispasmodic, sweat-inducing, and sedative remedy. It relieves tension and sinus headaches, calming the mind and allowing sleep. This formula contains organic ingredients of Linden Leaves and Flowers, alcohol, distilled water, and glycerin. It should be taken under the tongue, 20 drops as needed for stress applications or 20 drops twice a day for heart related healing.
