Coyote's Natural Medicine Crampbark Tincture Viburnum opulusis is used to relieve period cramps, afterbirth pains, muscle spasms, and uterine cramping. Arthritis sufferers can benefit from Crampbark as it relaxes the muscles that cause stiffness in the joints, increasing circulation and removing waste products such as lactic acid. Use 1 dropper under the tongue as needed. The bark is peeled and used from the stem section of this shrub. It contains Hydroquinones (arbutin), Coumarins (scopoletin), Tannins (3%) and Resin. These properties reduce spasms, is sedative, calms nerves, and is astringent. It is closely related to Black haw (v. prunifolium) Organic Ingredients include Crampbark, Alcohol, Distilled Water, Vegetable Glycerin. Not suitable for use as a beverage.
