After Birth Pain Tincture is used to relieve Afterbirth pains, muscle spasms, stomach and smooth muscle cramps. Use 1 dropper (20 drops)under the tongue as needed to relieve pain. Organic Ingredients include Black Haw(Viburnum prunifolium), Blue Cohosh (Caulophyllum thalictroides), Hops,(Humulus lupulus) Glycerin, Distilled Water & Alcohol.  These are known herbs used typically for relief as stated above.
